My journey in dentistry began in 2015 when I became a certified dental assistant, gaining hands-on experience in both general and orthodontic care. During my time as an orthodontic assistant, I discovered a true passion for lab work and the satisfaction of crafting high-quality appliances that retain and enhance smiles.

I founded Sky Orthodontic Labs to meet a vital need in our community: quick, reliable, and locally made orthodontic appliances backed by innovation and expertise. With few orthodontic-specific labs in the area, I saw an opportunity to offer trusted service rooted in real experience.

We specialize in fabricating high-quality orthodontic appliances, including Essix & Theroux retainers, and night & sports guards. We work closely with orthodontists to ensure each product meets precise specifications.

How do I place an order?

You can contact us at 801-300-8876 where we will walk you through registering your provider account through our website or we can connect with you through your EasyRX account.

What is the turnaround time for appliances?

We guarantee delivery of every appliance within 3 business days—or it’s free. Need it even faster? Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Do you accept digital impressions & traditional molds?

We accept both digital and traditional impressions. For digital impressions, we work with a variety of intraoral scanners. Contact us to verify compatibility with your system.

How do I track my order?

Tracking can be done through your provider account through our website or through your EasyRX account.
